Shipping Policy
Thank you for choosing Vichitrr. We are committed to ensuring that your order reaches you in perfect condition and as swiftly as possible. Please review our shipping policy below for more details.
Dispatch Time: Kindly allow at least 6-12 working days to process and ship your order. We strive to prepare your items carefully and precisely to ensure they meet high standards. We partner with leading logistics providers in India. Once your order has been fulfilled and dispatched, you will receive updates via email/text with the Tracking number for your package. While we aim to dispatch your order promptly, external factors may influence delivery times. We appreciate your understanding in this regard. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will be executed on Monday.
Return and Exchange Policy
The Vichitrr team makes sure every product is carefully inspected before shipping them out. However, it is possible that the customer receives a damaged product due to manual errors or mishandling by couriers. If you have received a defective product, you must submit your return request within 3 days of delivery. Mail us images and videos of the defective product (with original packaging and tags intact) at support@vichitrr.com within 3 days of receiving the item. We will get back to you within 24 hours and do our best to replace it as soon as possible.
To avoid size exchange please read the size chart carefully before placing your order. We offer a one-time exchange for the wrong sizes. To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team. Items that need to be exchanged have to be in new condition without any wash or usage and to be returned in their original packaging with all tags, stickers and boxes intact, within 7 days of delivery. Catering to the hygiene standards for our products, all the exchanges received will go through a quality check by our team and will be further approved/declined for exchange. We reserve the right to not accept an exchange if the product(s) are returned after use or if the product(s) are damaged.
Unfortunately, we do not return product(s) on a change of mind.
Refund Policy
Exchanges are subject to availability. If the required size is unavailable, we will issue a refund. Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items or items purchased using a discount code or on a discount cannot be refunded. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Important: Please do mention your Order ID when sending an Email for exchange. Upon approval of exchange, pack the garment in its original packaging and hand it over to our delivery partner when requested. Kindly allow at least 10-15 working days to ship your order.
Vichitrr is not responsible for incorrectly provided addresses that result in lost or misdirected packages. If packages are returned to us for any reason and need to be reshipped the customer must bear the cost of re-shipment.
