Refund policy
Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be cancelled within 6 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever occurs earlier. Once an order enters production or is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Exchange Policy
We offer a one-time exchange for size issues, damaged products, wrong item delivered, manufacturing or print defects. Exchange requests must be raised within 5 days of delivery.
To request an exchange, email us at support@vichitrr.com with:
- Order ID
- Clear images/videos of the product
- Images of original packaging and tags
Exchange Eligibility Conditions
Products must be unused, unwashed, unworn, have original tags intact, and be returned in original packaging. All exchange requests are subject to quality inspection by our team. Vichitrr reserves the right to reject exchanges if the returned product does not meet the above conditions. Products sent back without prior exchange approval will not be accepted.
Reverse Pickup
Reverse pickup will be arranged wherever service is available. In locations where reverse pickup is unavailable, customers may be requested to self-ship the product.
Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size selected by the customer
- Minor color or design variation (slight color variations may occur due to screen settings, lighting, and photography)
- Delivery delays caused by courier partners
- Refused deliveries
Refunds Are Only Applicable For:
- Damaged products
- Wrong product delivered
- Lost shipments confirmed by the courier partner
- Cases where replacement/exchange cannot be fulfilled
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be initiated within 5–7 business days after verification. The final credited timeline depends on the customer’s bank or payment provider. Shipping charges and reverse shipping charges are non-refundable.
Non-Refundable Products
Products purchased during sale periods, using discount codes, or under promotional offers are not eligible for refunds unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
Important Notes
- Please refer carefully to the size chart before placing an order.
- Any product that has been used, washed, or damaged after delivery will not qualify for exchange or refund.
- Exchange/return requests are accepted only once per order.
- Vichitrr reserves the right to refuse any request that does not comply with our policy.
